Infrastructure offers the most reliable path to economic development. But practical barriers and financial risk often prevent capital from reaching the most impactful projects. At Sandler Lyle, we believe in empowering local actors to develop sustainable infrastructure.
Sandler Lyle works with local partners to develop and finance solar photovoltaic projects. We work on both private sector and public sector projects, often working with local government partners to develop Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).
Sandler Lyle develops projects using technologies such as wastewater treatment, desalination, and irrigation. We partner with the private sector, government agencies, and NGOs to deliver clean water access, safe treatment solutions, and profitable agricultural outcomes for communities around the world.
Sandler Lyle works with biogas technologies to convert waste into clean energy, either on a micro scale providing cooking gas for individual homes or on a macro scale generating electricity for national grids.
Sandler Lyle develops projects using the latest innovations in agricultural technologies, including hydroponic farming, drip irrigation, and seed treatment. We work mostly with private sector organizations, but also partner with public sector agricultural agencies where relevant.
Sandler Lyle is developing the next generation of net zero carbon and sustainable communities. We are helping to create eco-villages, Smart Cities, and net zero carbon neighbourhoods, with a particular focus on solutions that are deployable in rural or off-grid locations.
